yesterday at 03:10 - NEW

Summer is coming slowly to an end in Western Europe
But our flow of new products does not.

Every Friday we get you what is new.
Welcome to the BBT NEWS.
Tired of Brazilian door seals that do not work?
Or "German quality" where your door only closes with a BIG MEGA BANG.

BBT brings you the solution.
For a long time we figured for the correct rubber application.

One of our rubber factories in Thailand brought the solution.
This new BBT door seal closes your door as when it was new on the showroom floor.

For now only the early model is ready.
Later model will be worked on soon.

This rubber closes your door as it should, from the first use.
Because we care of what works on your (and our) cars.
Regular Beetle firewall insolution, HERE, available since a longer time.
We now bring the correct model firewall insulation for your Beetle convertible.

No longer need to cut yourself,
Just ready out of the box.
Early beetle came with fuel taps, no gauges.
It had a “reserve” stand to drive to a next gas station.

How smart was that?
Up to March 1955 VW mounted a little plate behind the handle.

The famous "Z A R" plate.
Standing for "ZU" (Close) "AUF" (Open) and "RESERVE"

This to navigate your fuel tap use
BBT now brings you this ZAR plate.

Exactly made to original specs.
We even copied the waffle texture on the metal.

BBT fuel taps and parts HERE
VW used different diameters of clutches over the years.
Late VW T2 buses with Type 4 engines used a 228mm diameter clutch.

The complete kit already available for a longer time HERE
We now bring you  the disc only

Sometimes we only need the disc.....:)
Maybe it's a smart idea to change the (inexpensive) release bearing at once HERE
Early "split window" convertibles up to chassis nr. 1-0448125 use metal "boxes" to mount their semaphores.
Sitting in the rear quarter right behind the door.

Many times missing we bring you back this housing.
You can use this "box" also to mount semaphores in other applications.

Our semaphores HERE fitting our boxes.
"Oval window" convertibles didn't originally use semaphore boxes.
Finally back available.
Blank brake disc & front drums with full thick metal backing.

16mm "beef" everywhere to drill your favorite wheel bolt pattern.
100% exclusive BBT,

This is the real deal.
Full metal rear brake drum is in production as we speak and will be available soon.
Enjoy the weekend and use that VW.
BBT NEWS will be back next Friday with more.....

August 15 we celebrate mothersday in Belgium
Its a bank holiday

We present BBT NEWS one day early because of that.
Over the years, we’ve rescued hundreds of these kits from VW junkyards.
Now that there are no VW junkyards left, we’ve decided to start reproducing them.

Beware for cheap inferior reproduction!
We’ve started making the metal screens that hold the insulation behind your dashboard grills.
On 1960 and later Beetles, you’ll find these dash grills to the left and right of your speedometer.

The dash grills have insulation behind them to keep driving winds out of the cabin.
Our new mesh grills keep this insulation firmly in place.

We began with mesh grills designed for dash grills that have holes for gauges.
Stock-style mesh grills are expected before the end of the summer.

These dash grill will not fit 1973& later 1303 super beetles.
BBT dash grills you find HERE
BBT NEWS TEAM wishes you a splendid weekend.
Next week we will be back on Friday!
