today at 04:55 - NEW

A tsunami of new production and more inventory reached us last couple of weeks.
Enough to keep BBT busy and bursting.

Remarkably interesting products to launch today and in the next couple of weeks.
Welcome to BBT NEWS.
Finished to perfection because of a good cooperation!
Alan Schoffield from UK and BBT joined together in this project.

We bring you the rear side panels for late bay window bus.
Started our reverse engineering from NOS panels for absolute perfection.

Both sides come with sliding door rail pre assembled.
Left side will fit perfect for RHD or Double Door with some minor adjustments

The left side is all correct for '71 up.
Right side features the '74 and later fuel cap hole.

Another fine Silver Weld Through addition to our Bay Window Bus sheet metal program.
We keep expanding our Split Window Bus SWT line.
The 61-67 model upper side panel is now available.

The low hinge single window upper side panel to build the perfect 11-window bus.
Now we supply all models upper side panels with windows HERE
The missing brake adjusting screw is now available.
Volkswagen changed brake adjusting screws a few times in the early years.

We never had the correct 54-57 brake adjusting screw.
That change today, we add the correct inclined brake shoe adjusting screw.

Correct brake shoes for 54-57 beetles you can find HERE
The three different brake adjusting screws HERE
Out of popular demand we add the "big nuts and washers".
These washer & nuts hold the six "big" M12 engine case studs.

BBT M12 case nuts come with correct 17mm key width.
BBT M12 Case stud washers are correct 3mm thick.
Handy, nice, and correct.
We bring a reproduction from the VW socket wrench.

This Socket Wrench was in every VW tool roll since new.
Lost, used (or overused) for a thousand different things, rusty or broken.

This socket wrench is missing in many cars now.
But no longer, as BBT brings you brand new.

One side is 19mm, the other side is 21mm like original.
Fits sparkplugs, lug nuts, generator nut, or even your drain plug and more.

More tool roll content to come…
As ATE discontinued we decided to follow an alternative brand.
Better alternative brakes as no brakes at all, correct?

However, we do like the quality and offer at a fraction of the (old) price.
Good breaking does not have to be expensive.

Stay tuned for more exciting parts to make our VW life more easy.
BBT NEWS TEAM wish you a fantastic weekend.

9 may 2025 - NEW

Challenging times...
Wars in Middle East make containers out of Asia sail much longer.

Uncertainty about tariffs in the USA makes exchange rates very unpredictable.
Too many things happen in too short times.

But every Friday we present you our new and updated products.
That's one thing you can be sure of.

Welcome to the BBT NEWS.
BIG NEWS for engine builders.
BBT stocks again  steel backed main bearings !

Mahle has two factories making main bearings.
For a longer time we follow Mahle Metal Leve plain aluminum main bearings HERE

We're proud to announce we now stock  Mahle Clevite steel back main bearings too.
Steel back main bearing gives less friction from your drive line to your engine case.

This strength and rigidity result in better performance and a longer life of your engine case.
Steel back engine bearings are simply a must for high performance engines in a magnesium engine case.

First stocks already arrived, more to follow.
These metal repair panels are for the underside of your T25/T3/Vanagon.
For correct repair of the underside of your front outriggers left and right left and right.
More T25/T3/Vanagon news.
Chassis section underside rear left and right now also available.
Windshield washer valve on the back of your wiper switch.
Used on 1972 and later Beetles, Ghia, 181, Type 3 & 4.

We keep on moving.
More important new products are docking in the upcoming weeks.

Stay tuned!
BBT NEWS TEAM wishes you a warm and nice spring weekend.

30 april 2025 - NEW

Ready for more new parts?
Welcome to the BBT Friday News.

We launch the brake pads for BBT & TRW brake calipers.
BBT brake caliper 1248-010 needs a slightly different brake pad.

These brake calipers use a pin & spring mounting for their brake pads.
Because of this spring these pads are slightly different.

The difference is in the height between the pin holes.
For BBT/TRW brake pads this is higher than for calipers using a spring plate.

Our complete VW brake pad line HERE
Brake inspection plug time!

The inspection holes on your backing plates are sealed with rubber plugs.
This to avoid water and dirt coming in your brake system.

Up to 1968 model year they have been single plugs originally.
1969 and later cars had the "tandem" plugs.

These plugs have the same diameter, but are simply with two connected to each other.
These "tandem" plugs are new to the BBT program as from today.

Single plugs BBT # 1295 available HERE
We redid the connecting clip for plastic window trim.
They're now nicely round exactly as original.

We made them with the correct clips at the bottom, exactly like original.
Fabricated in stainless steel for endless use and good looks.

We also lower the price dramatically.
