We do write December 1956 when this cutie rolls of the assembly line and is immediately directed to travel by train and ship to find itself a new home in beautiful sunny California. Used and abused and finally abounded and picked up by enthusiasts this car was sitting in a restoration shop in South California when we’ve discovered it.
Being an all original ragtop from last production (which ceased in July 1957) we can only dream how beautiful this honey bee will be after restoration. Restoring this car will need some work but however not too bad, as nobody ever messed up before,. It’s a standard for cars we buy and sell. “Virgin” is our keyword! When you replace floors and heater channels, which are both very affordable, we guarantee that more of the work is done, as the body itself is pretty dry, sunny California you know…
