With the war in Ukraine going full force our first thoughts go to the human disaster.
What makes this war different than any war before is social media for sure.

An overload of movies shows us the situation people trying to fight.
Impossible to imagine what those people go through.

Leave everything behind, you ever worked for, try to picture for yourself!
After all the stories we ever heard about WWII we experience now firsthand  how cruel human kind can be…

We can only hope human intelligence will be smart enough to stop this fast.

The vacuum unit on your distributor makes your timing adjusting when you drive up hill or other moments your engine has a high workload.
Under heavy torque the engine creates higher vacuum as the demand for gas becomes higher.

This vacuum is used by the distributor vacuum unit to give little more advance to your ignition what’s resulting in a higher performance.

The accelerator pedal on later model Volkswagens “rolls” over a plastic roll for smooth operation of your accelerator cable.
Needless to say that plastic doesn’t have an eternal life, for sure needs replacement at a certain moment.

Off course headline news this week is the war between Russia and Ukraine.
President Poetin said he will double gas and oil prices.

This can be very positive as it will speed up development of hydrogen fusion.
Hydrogen fusion should take over most forms of fossil fuels as we know today in less as 20 years if we can believe the scientists.

The treatment of President Poetin will put only more pressure to reach this goal sooner!
The remaining oil will be more as enough to keep our Classic cars driving for pleasure and passion.

This bulb holder was the missing link to complete our bullet indicator.
Buller indicators been used on Buses after they banned the semaphores what happened for US export models from 1955, the rest of the world had to wait till 1960.

For the 1964 Bus model year the bullet indicators been replaced by the “fried egg” style indicator.
For US export model Beetles the bullet indicator was also used from 1955 till 1957.

While the bullet indicator housing differs between Bus and Beetle the bulb holder, seal and lens fits both applications.

Let’s move to some mechanical parts now.
We had the inner bushings made that find themselves behind the rear wheel bearing.

High precision machined to OE specs by an OE supplier.
Fits all of your small nut Bus rear axles up to 1963 and all of your Beetles, Karmann Ghia’s, Type 181 and Type 3’s.

Smooth shifting starts with a good slide ring between your shifter and shifter housing.
